Cane Webbing: Nu-Kane Patterns

Now you can add the charm and appeal of cane without the high cost. Nu-Kane, a man-made cane, is uniform in quality and dimensions. Use it in any decorative application where you might use cane-at a fraction of the cost. Not recommended for use on chair seats, but can be used on chair backs.

Nu-Kane is manufactured in the U.S. and is actually a fabric woven from strips of durable, woodpulp-based material. Being mechanically produced on a automatic weaving machines, Nu-Kane is dimensionally stable, and uniform from batch to batch. This reduces hand work and eases application in your manufacturing process. Nu-Kane can be applied with ordinary wood glue, and its natural woodcolor may be painted, stained or lacquered.

images may not appear true to size. To get the correct mesh measurement, measure from the center of one hole in the pattern to the center of the next hole. If you are still unsure of size, please send a small sample.

*All patterns, except XA 3512-01 are 54" wide up to 50 yards long. XA 3512-01 is available in 16", 18" and 24" width up to 50 feet long.
