Flat Reed & Flat Oval Reed Splint

Rattan splints are machine-cut from the larger sizes of rattan core.

The flat reed splints are flat on both sides, the top being smoother than the bottom side.
The flat oval reed splints are flat on the bottom side and oval on the top side. Both flat & oval reed are available in smoked and natural.

Flat reed is ideal for seat weaving as well as basketry.
